Leasing Professional – High‑Rise Community

About the role
The Leasing Professional will lead the marketing, leasing and renewal efforts for The Yard at Ivanhoe, a stabilized high‑rise community of 591 units in Orlando. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident retention by delivering exceptional leasing experiences from prospecting through move‑in.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and showcase apartment models.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure a smooth signing and hand‑over process.
- Coordinate renewal strategies and maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
- Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating weekends.
- Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple leasing transactions simultaneously.
