Leasing Professional – Highland House Tower

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for Highland House Tower, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. This role involves guiding prospects through the leasing process, ensuring resident satisfaction, and securing lease renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, conducting tours, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any outstanding items with the maintenance team.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing using Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other platforms.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage resident data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Proven ability to perform sales and leasing activities from prospect qualification to lease signing.
• Experience inspecting and preparing apartments for resident move‑in.
• Knowledge of local market trends and competitor activity.
• Capability to design and implement marketing programs that generate traffic.
• Proficiency with property management software to manage data and reporting.
