Leasing Professional – Grand Villas at Tuscan Lakes

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive marketing, leasing and renewal activities for the Grand Villas at Tuscan Lakes community, ensuring high occupancy, revenue growth and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications, including credit and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, coordinate smooth resident move‑ins and ensure lease signing compliance.
• Inspect units before move‑in, confirm readiness and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Strong ability to greet and qualify prospects and conduct effective community tours.
• Detail‑oriented approach to processing applications, credit screening and lease documentation.
• Proactive mindset for market analysis and implementation of marketing strategies.
