Leasing Professional – South Area

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for a South‑area community. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospecting and tours to lease signing and move‑in, while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust leasing strategies.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record traffic, and manage prospect data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the team.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet occupancy targets.
• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics and competitive positioning.
• Detail‑oriented approach to lease documentation and move‑in procedures.
