Leasing Professional – Garden‑Style Community (297 units)

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing and renewal activities for a 297‑unit garden‑style community in Stockbridge. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing and resident engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to maintain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity and manage resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build relationships with prospective and existing residents.
• Detail‑oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple leasing tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including rotating weekends.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Proficiency in online marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email platforms).
