Leasing Professional – Garden Community (Davie, FL)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing and renewal activities for the Saddlebridge garden‑style community in Davie, Florida. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident retention through proactive leasing and exceptional resident service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Achieve community occupancy and revenue targets by executing effective sales and leasing strategies.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate turnover activities to maintain property standards.
• Support resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.

Required profile

• Experience in residential leasing or property management sales.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Willingness to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekend shifts.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
