Leasing Professional - Foxtail Commons

About the role

Greystar is hiring a Leasing Professional for Foxtail Commons, a 270-unit single-family community in Ridgeland, South Carolina. The position coordinates the community's marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to reach occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals. It is a full-time, Monday to Friday 9am-6pm role with rotating weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Sales and leasing: greet and qualify prospects, give tours, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packages, and ensure a smooth move-in.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and schedule repairs with the maintenance team.
• Track market and competitor conditions, develop marketing plans and follow concession and special programs.
• Run marketing activities such as resident referrals, employer outreach and online advertising, and use property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and resident data.
• Keep show units and the leasing office in top condition and follow up with prospects and new residents.
• Support lease renewals with renewal letters and packages, and respond promptly to resident and owner concerns.

Required profile

• All state and local licenses and certifications required for the role.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Able to stand, walk, sit, bend, climb ladders, lift up to 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with help, and work in all weather.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including call-outs on evenings, weekends and holidays, and occasional travel to other properties or training.

What we offer

• Hourly pay of $20.00-$22.00, with possible weekly, monthly or quarterly bonuses depending on whether the role is corporate or onsite.
