Leasing Professional – Fourteen 01

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Fourteen 01 community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals while delivering a high‑quality leasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage resident data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Experience conducting leasing activities and interacting with prospective residents.
• Ability to manage applications, background checks, and lease documentation.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate move‑in inspections and maintenance follow‑up.
