Leasing Professional for The Gallery at Mills

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for The Gallery at Mills community. You will manage all leasing activities, from prospect outreach to move‑in, while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist, Facebook, and email.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, and manage prospect and resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospective residents.
• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics and competitive positioning.
• Ability to manage multiple leasing and marketing tasks while meeting occupancy targets.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Proficiency in online marketing tools such as Craigslist, Facebook, and email campaigns.
