Leasing Professional for Napa Oaks Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Napa Oaks community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident and prospect data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage prospective residents.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple leasing tasks simultaneously.
• Good understanding of local rental market dynamics.
• Ability to work collaboratively with maintenance and management teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite and Yardi.
