About the role

The Leasing Professional (Floating) supports Greystar’s Beaufort community by driving leasing activity, resident satisfaction, and lease renewals. This on‑site role blends sales, marketing, and customer service to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, and manage resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the team.
