Leasing Professional – Club Prado

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Club Prado community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets while delivering a high‑quality leasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect greetings, qualify leads, give community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build relationships with prospects and residents.
• Ability to work a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating weekends.
• Attention to detail for lease documentation and unit inspections.
