Leasing Professional - Central Square at Watermark

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for Central Square at Watermark by managing all aspects of the leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in and lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to greet, qualify, and guide prospects.
• Attention to detail for apartment inspections and lease documentation.
• Proactive market awareness and ability to implement effective marketing strategies.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple leasing activities and data entry accurately.
