Leasing Professional – Cascades at Southern Hills

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing and renewal activities for the Cascades at Southern Hills community in Tulsa, Oklahoma. You will be responsible for attracting new residents, ensuring a smooth move‑in experience and maintaining high resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct property tours and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Coordinate move‑in logistics, inspect units prior to occupancy and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
• Manage lease renewals, address resident concerns and support retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with the property management team to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a fast‑paced leasing environment.
• Detail‑oriented approach to documentation and compliance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior leasing or property‑management experience preferred.
