Leasing Professional – Bay Court at Harbour Pointe

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional for Bay Court at Harbour Pointe. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention while delivering exceptional service throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect building and lead tours, both virtual and in‑person.
• Ensure a smooth move‑in experience for new residents.
• Perform market research on comparable properties for marketing and advertising.
• Plan and execute community events.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email.
• Utilize social media and online platforms to market available units.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales and customer‑service experience or a strong can‑do attitude.
• Professional appearance and high level of professionalism.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to complete legal documents and explain apartment features.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or One Site (desired).
• Experience using social media platforms for marketing.
