Leasing Professional – Ballard Public Lofts

About the role

The Leasing Professional will be the front‑line ambassador for Ballard Public Lofts, driving occupancy and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing, marketing, and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect outreach, schedule and lead virtual and in‑person apartment tours.
• Ensure a smooth move‑in experience for new residents.
• Perform market research on comparable properties to inform pricing and advertising.
• Plan and execute community events to foster resident engagement.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email, and utilize social media and online platforms to market available units.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond promptly to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales or customer‑service experience (preferred) with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for legal documents and resident interactions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or One Site (desired).
