Leasing Professional - Ballard on the Park

About the role

Ballard on the Park is hiring an experienced Leasing Professional. The role coordinates the community's marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to reach occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals, covering everything from attracting new residents to lease renewals and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of prospects and run apartment tours, including virtual and in-person tours
• Ensure a great move-in experience for customers
• Research comparable properties for marketing and advertising
• Plan and run community events
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email
• Use social media and online platforms to market available units
• Help with lease renewals and respond to resident concerns

Required profile

• Previous sales and customer service experience desired, though a positive can-do attitude is required
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively, complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features and answer resident questions
• Professional manner and dress

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Property management software such as Yardi or One Site is desired but not required

• Hourly pay of $21-$25.50, with possible weekly, monthly or quarterly bonuses depending on whether the role is onsite or corporate
