Leasing Professional – Avana on the Platte

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join the Avana on the Platte community in Denver. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
