Leasing Professional - Alta Mile High

About the role

Greystar, a global real estate platform focused on institutional-quality rental housing, is hiring a Leasing Professional for its Alta Mile High community. The role coordinates the community's marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to reach occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals, handling leasing to new residents, keeping residents satisfied during their tenancy and securing lease renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and lease apartments: greet and qualify prospects, give tours, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packages, and ensure a smooth move-in.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and schedule outstanding items with the maintenance team.
• Track market and competitor conditions, develop marketing plans and follow concession and special programs to sustain occupancy.
• Run marketing activities such as resident referrals, employer outreach and online advertising, and use property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, traffic and resident data.
• Keep show units and the leasing office in top condition and follow up with prospects and new residents.
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and packages, contacting renewing residents and ensuring documents are signed on time.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner concerns and route requests to the right people.

Required profile

• All state and local licenses and certifications required for the position.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Able to stand, walk or sit for long periods, work indoors and outdoors in all weather, and lift up to 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with help.
• Flexible schedule including call duty on evenings, weekends and holidays; occasional travel to other properties or training.

What we offer

• Hourly pay of $21-$23, with possible weekly, monthly or quarterly bonuses depending on whether the role is onsite or corporate.
