Regional Property Manager - Spokane

About the role

Greystar, a global real estate platform focused on institutional-quality rental housing, is hiring a Regional Property Manager for the Spokane and Northern Idaho markets. The role oversees the performance and profitability of a portfolio of properties, develops property management strategies, coordinates property management teams and keeps close to regional market trends.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure portfolio and community goals are met by inspecting properties, reviewing financial, market and operational reports and implementing action plans
• Collaborate with Community Managers and regional support leaders to drive asset and team performance
• Take ownership of local and national operational initiatives and implement revised protocols across properties
• Oversee budgets and prepare regular reports on property performance, financial metrics and market trends for ownership and senior management
• Foster tenant relationships, run tenant retention programs and work with leasing teams to optimise occupancy
• Oversee maintenance, site and safety inspections, preventative maintenance plans and compliance with local, state and federal regulations and codes
• Identify risks, ensure appropriate insurance coverage and conduct market research to find improvement opportunities

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred in Business, Real Estate or a related field
• Proven leadership experience managing diverse properties and at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong financial acumen, analytical skills and communication and team management skills
• Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations and market trends
• Ability to build stakeholder relationships
• Real estate license required in some markets, otherwise preferred; industry certifications such as CPM, CAPS or CAM preferred

• Word processing, spreadsheets and database applications

What we offer

• Salary range of $105,000 - $115,000, with possible quarterly or annual bonuses
