About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage the marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the 2626 Fountain View community in Houston. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing and resident‑service initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for residents.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Conduct lease file audits and ensure show units meet company quality standards.
