Leasing Professional - 1201 Broadway

About the role

Broadway 1201 is hiring an experienced Leasing Professional for a full-time position in Vancouver, Washington. The Leasing Professional plays a critical role in the team's success, working with high-performing colleagues who care about customer service and exceed expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Build prospects and lead apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours
• Ensure a great move-in experience for customers
• Research comparable properties for marketing and advertising
• Plan and run community events
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email
• Promote available units using social media and online platforms
• Help with lease renewals and respond to resident concerns

Required profile

• Previous sales and customer service experience desired, though a positive can-do attitude is required
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively, complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features and answer resident questions
• Professionalism in manner and dress

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Property management software such as Yardi or One Site is desired but not required

• Hourly pay of $20.00 - $24.00, with possible bonus programs depending on whether the role is corporate or onsite
