Leasing Manager – Yardly Waterset

About the role
The Leasing Manager will lead all leasing, marketing and sales activities for the Yardly Waterset community in Apollo Beach, Florida. This role is responsible for driving revenue, occupancy and resident retention through strategic planning and day‑to‑day execution.
Key responsibilities
- Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
- Oversee on‑site traffic, ensure a ready inventory of apartments, and set rent pricing and concessions.
- Monitor daily sales and leasing activities, providing guidance to the leasing team.
- Stay informed on market and competitor conditions that could affect performance.
- Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
- Create innovative pricing and concession strategies to maximize leasing results.
Required profile
- Proven experience in leasing management and community marketing.
- Strong leadership skills to manage leasing team members.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
