Leasing Manager – The Greyson

About the role

The Leasing Manager for The Greyson will lead all marketing, advertising and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy targets for this upscale rental community in Jersey City.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales initiatives to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Monitor on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of “ready” apartments, set rent pricing and concessions, and oversee daily leasing operations.
• Analyze market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and create pricing, concession and incentive strategies.
• Design and execute print and digital advertising campaigns using available technology and property‑management software for reporting.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure unit appearance and safety, inspect “ready” units, and employ merchandising techniques such as mini‑models.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents and manage move‑in procedures.
• Review financial, traffic and closing‑ratio reports to assess performance.
