Leasing Manager – Silo

About the role
The Leasing Manager – Silo will lead all leasing, marketing, and sales activities for a stabilized community of 352 units. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention through strategic advertising, pricing, and team leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
- Oversee on‑site traffic, ensure a ready inventory of apartments, and set rent pricing and concessions.
- Manage the leasing team, coordinate sales activities, and monitor day‑to‑day leasing performance.
- Collaborate with operations to maintain property standards and resident satisfaction.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of leasing management experience in a residential setting.
- Proven lease‑up and sales experience.
- Experience with property management software, preferably OneSite.
