Leasing Manager (Multisite) - 3 Corners East, North & West

About the role

Greystar, a global real estate platform focused on institutional-quality rental housing, is hiring a Leasing Manager for three communities in 3 Corners East, North and West. The role manages and directs the community's marketing, advertising, sales activities and leasing team to achieve revenue, occupancy, resident retention and leasing goals.

Key responsibilities

• Direct marketing, advertising and sales activities, oversee on-site traffic, set rent pricing and concessions, and monitor day-to-day sales and leasing.
• Stay informed on market and competitor conditions, develop short- and long-term marketing plans, and run pricing, concession and advertising strategies to boost traffic and leases.
• Develop print and internet advertising, use property management software to generate sales and leasing reports, and work with the maintenance team to keep the community safe and attractive.
• Generate and monitor traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents and complete move-ins.
• Analyze financial, shop, traffic and closing ratio reports, present leasing results to clients, owners and business managers, and oversee the lease renewal program.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner concerns, and supervise the leasing team through hiring, training and performance management.

Required profile

• All state and local licenses and certifications required for the position.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Able to stand, walk or sit for long periods, work indoors and outdoors in all weather, and lift up to 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with help.
• Flexible schedule, including call duty on evenings, weekends and holidays; occasional travel to other properties or training.

What we offer

• Hourly pay of $17.00 - $22.00, with possible weekly, monthly or quarterly bonuses depending on whether the role is corporate or onsite.
