About the role
Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager for the Coppins Well community in Seattle. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing, and team leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Direct community marketing initiatives, including print and online advertising.
- Lead sales activities and manage the leasing team to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
- Oversee resident retention programs and ensure high levels of customer service.
- Collaborate with property management to align leasing goals with overall community performance.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Leasing Manager or similar role in multifamily/property management.
