Leasing Consultant – Lease-Up (Rise Nocatee)

About the role

The Leasing Consultant (Lease‑Up) for the Rise Nocatee community will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications and move‑in while showcasing the lifestyle the property offers. The role blends sales, customer service and event coordination to drive occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare leases and move‑in packages.
• Collect and record new resident information at move‑in.
• Monitor market trends and collaborate with leadership to adjust pricing, concessions and marketing strategies.
• Design and execute marketing activities, resident referral programs and employer outreach.
• Plan and host community events that foster resident engagement.
• Utilize the on‑site property management software to track unit availability and resident data.

• Professional and enthusiastic demeanor with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with prospects and residents.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks, including leasing paperwork and event planning.
