Leasing Consultant for Station 650 Community

About the role

We are looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our Station 650 community. In this role you will drive occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction by managing the full leasing cycle from prospecting to move‑in and renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications.
• Perform credit screenings, criminal background checks and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans and manage concessions.
• Execute marketing activities such as resident referral programs, employer outreach and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage resident data and generate reports.
• Maintain show‑quality standards for the community and model units.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build relationships with prospects and residents.
• Goal‑driven mindset focused on achieving occupancy and revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Proficiency in online marketing tools including Craigslist and Facebook.
• Ability to conduct credit and background screenings.
