Lease Specialist - Equipment Finance

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Lease Specialist to manage the documentation, coordination, and administration of equipment leasing transactions. The role works closely with customers, vendors, sales teams, and internal departments to move deals from pricing through funding and vendor payment.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers about pricing, required financial information, documentation status, and transaction timelines.
• Structure and process front‑end lease transactions with customers, vendors, sales representatives, and internal teams.
• Enter equipment and transaction details into the leasing system and maintain accurate lease files.
• Coordinate order placement, invoice reconciliation, and processing of documentation for bank line advances, funding, and vendor payments.
• Maintain internal tracking logs to monitor funding needs, outstanding items, and transaction progress.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of equipment leasing or equipment finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information with discretion.
