Learning Experience Lead

About the role

The Learning Experience Lead designs, develops and delivers engaging learning solutions that build employee capability and support business objectives across all areas. Partnering with leaders, subject matter experts and People & Culture stakeholders, the role creates impactful onboarding, professional development, leadership and functional training experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor‑led, virtual, digital, micro‑learning and blended solutions aligned with business goals.
• Conduct needs analyses, partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and recommend learning strategies.
• Manage multiple learning projects, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate in‑person and virtual sessions, creating inclusive, interactive learning environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Instructional Design or related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design or similar roles.
• Proven ability to collaborate with SMEs and business leaders.
• Strong written communication and content development skills.

Required skills

• Experience with e‑learning authoring tools such as Synthesia, Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate.
• Knowledge of LMS platforms and learning technologies.
• Familiarity with adult learning theory, ADDIE, Kirkpatrick evaluation methods and learning analytics.
