Learning Experience Designer

About the role

Applied Intuition is looking for a Learning Experience Designer to join its Vehicle Operations team. You will create and scale learning experiences that equip operators and staff with the knowledge and skills needed to safely run, test, maintain, and support our vehicle fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage training content across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to advanced technical certification.
• Drive onboarding programs, track compliance, and ensure continuous proficiency.
• Collaborate with Vehicle Operations leaders, subject‑matter experts, engineers, and cross‑functional partners to translate complex processes into engaging learning experiences.
• Leverage AI and emerging learning technologies to make training scalable, personalized, and integrated with daily work.
• Measure learning effectiveness and iterate on programs to improve performance.

Required profile

• Strong background in learning design with a passion for complex technical environments.
• Ability to quickly grasp unfamiliar operational domains and treat learning as a performance problem.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with engineers, SMEs, and operations leaders.
