TTP & Air Advisor Leadership Instructor / SME

About the role

The Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) & Air Advisor (AA) Leadership Instructor/SME provides expert classroom and practical instruction to USAF and partner personnel. This position shapes curriculum, delivers scenario‑based lessons, and ensures training stays current with evolving operational best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update, and deliver curriculum on Air Advisor tactics, mission planning, cybersecurity policies, and related subjects.
• Provide classroom instruction, practical demonstrations, and student evaluations in accordance with USAF EOS policy.
• Coordinate with AFSOC, USAF EC TTP, and other advisor organizations to keep courseware relevant.
• Prepare and manage teaching materials, equipment, and electronic training resources.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Master’s degree from an accredited institution and completion of Air Command and Staff College or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a Military Advisor, Political‑Military Affairs Strategist, Foreign Area Officer, or comparable advisory role.
• Valid passport and driver’s license.
