Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

The Learning & Development Specialist designs, delivers, and facilitates training programs for employees and business partners across the organization, using both instructor‑led and virtual formats.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and administer instructor‑led and e‑learning courses using adult learning methodology.
• Provide train‑the‑trainer support, including design, facilitation, and consultation.
• Lead company‑wide employee engagement survey activities, analytics, and action planning.
• Create, organize, and deliver onboarding, orientation, and skills training.
• Partner with departments to coordinate essential job‑skills training and act as a liaison with site partners.
• Analyze, design, develop, implement, deliver, and evaluate training materials and programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database management, and e‑learning tools.
