Learning & Development (L&D) Generalist

About the role

We are looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Generalist to support enterprise learning initiatives, focusing on program development, instructional design, and leadership/soft‑skills training. The role works closely with the Talent & Leadership Development team to design, enhance, and deliver impactful learning programs for employees and emerging leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop learning programs centered on leadership development and soft‑skills training.
• Translate training needs analysis and feedback into structured learning solutions.
• Create and improve training materials such as presentations, job aids, and learning resources.
• Manage Cornerstone LMS activities, including course setup, registrations, and communications.
• Support program operations: scheduling, coordination, and learner engagement.
• Analyze learning feedback and survey data quarterly to recommend improvements.
• Facilitate portions of onboarding and other training sessions as needed.
• Collaborate with L&D Program Managers, Instructional Design team, and HR stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development with program or project coordination.
• Experience developing training content and instructional design materials.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to interpret learning data and provide actionable insights.
