About the role
The Learning and Development Specialist at LACENTA designs, implements, and oversees training programs that support both performance growth and regulatory compliance across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with departmental needs.
- Design, organize, and deliver engaging workshops, classroom sessions, and eLearning courses.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess learning needs and create tailored programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Ensure all training aligns with compliance requirements, including legal, data protection, safety, and ethics.
- Conduct audits, track completion rates, and report compliance status to leadership.
- Provide guidance on regulatory obligations and update programs as laws change.
- Report regularly on training progress, completion rates, and compliance metrics.
Required profile
- Proven experience designing and delivering learning and development programs.
- Familiarity with compliance training and regulatory standards.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with multiple departments.
- Ability to assess training impact and continuously improve programs.
Required skills
What we offer
- Hourly compensation ranging from $25 to $32.
