Lead Teacher - 2's Room

About the role

Cadence Academy Preschool is seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher for the 2's Room. You will create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for young learners while collaborating with a supportive teaching team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum with your teaching team.
• Observe and support children’s interests and developmental milestones.
• Communicate regularly with families about each child’s progress.
• Promote positive social behaviors and model respectful interactions.
• Plan a balanced daily schedule that includes indoor, outdoor, active, and quiet activities.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Meet state requirements for lead preschool teachers.
• Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Prior experience as a preschool lead teacher.
• Strong classroom management skills (preferred).
• Flexibility to work within business hours.
