Lead Talent Consultant

About the role

HCSC is hiring a Lead Talent Consultant in Chicago, Illinois, in a flexible hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 days remote). The position designs, develops, implements and supports talent management processes and programs, including leadership development, succession planning, performance management, retention strategies, career development and competency assessments. It also leads complex, high-profile talent projects and manages internal stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development or I/O Psychology
• 7 years of experience in corporate talent and leadership development
• Experience developing and implementing HR processes such as succession planning, performance management, employee development and career planning
• Experience leading teams, projects and programs at an enterprise level
• Experience designing and analyzing leadership programs from front-line through executives
• Experience consulting and presenting at the executive level
• Preferred: Master's or doctorate degree in the same fields, project coordination experience, and experience overseeing talent and performance management in Workday

• Partnering with organizational divisions and HR to run HR programs

What we offer

• Base pay range of $61,500 to $136,100, varying with skills, experience and location
