About the role

As a Lead Stylist at the Levi's® Outlet in Gurnee Mills, you will guide the store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will combine deep product knowledge with current fashion trends to inspire shoppers and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach staff on customer service, sales techniques, merchandising, and store operations.
• Promote the Levi's® omni‑channel experience, including the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Handle cash, shipments, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining store standards.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and partner with management on escalated issues.
• Adopt new in‑store technologies and ensure compliance with all Levi's® policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy with a strong interest in current trends.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Self‑starter with a growth mindset and willingness to learn new tools.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform constant standing, walking, and other store duties.
• Reliable transportation and a high school diploma or GED preferred.
