About the role

Join Lehigh Valley Health Network as a Lead Registration Representative in the Emergency Department. You will oversee registration operations, support front‑line staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory and performance standards across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee registration performance standards, work queue productivity, and regulatory compliance.
• Act as the primary resource for registration, insurance, and departmental requirements.
• Develop, implement, and educate staff on registration standard work and new initiatives.
• Manage daily staffing and schedules for multiple sites, ensuring adequate coverage.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree in healthcare or related field, or High School diploma/GED with at least three years of relevant experience.
• Experience in healthcare, customer service, or an educational environment overseeing work processes.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to a fast‑changing emergency‑room environment, and communicate effectively with diverse patients and staff.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software applications.
• Strong scheduling ability to coordinate large groups of colleagues across multiple shifts and locations.
