Lead Production Director – One Church Team

About the role

The Lead Production Director provides vision, leadership and oversight for live production across all Pinelake campuses, guiding the One Church Production team and collaborating with campus production directors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead a unified philosophy for live production, setting quality and cultural standards.
• Coach and develop the One Church Production Director and other production staff as the team grows.
• Provide oversight for weekend services, One Church events and other ministry initiatives.
• Establish systems, SOPs, training resources and best practices for a sustainable production ministry.
• Partner with the Director of Worship Technology to assess equipment needs and plan future growth.

Required profile

• 10+ years of production leadership in a multi‑site church setting.
• Strong discipleship mindset, committed to personal spiritual growth and mentoring others.
• Ability to communicate clearly, build trust and work collaboratively across campuses.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and solve problems under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Experience using word processing and spreadsheet applications for budgeting and reporting.
