Key responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks to 12 years in an assigned classroom.
• Create developmentally appropriate curriculum in line with NAEYC standards.
• Curate programs and activities based on children’s interests and learning styles.
• Maintain a warm, clean environment that encourages growth and exploration.
• Partner with families to develop individualized care and education plans.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about their child’s progress.

Required profile

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/related field, CDA credential, Career Pathway Level 3, or a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• One year of experience in a licensed child‑care facility preferred.
• Strong customer‑service skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work within regular operating hours.
• Must meet state criteria for child‑care employment.
