About the role

Applied Ventures is seeking a leader to manage and develop its venture portfolio. You will shape best practices, drive strategic insights, and support the growth of innovative technology companies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead portfolio management and development for Applied Ventures.
• Develop best‑practice fund operations, create dashboards, and report on financial and strategic performance.
• Own and manage deal pipeline reviews, performing analysis of venture opportunities, including cap tables, cash flow, revenue projections, and financial modeling.
• Review term sheets, MOUs, and related investment documents.
• Support opportunity sourcing, screening, and landscape analysis across focus areas.

• Demonstrates expertise within the discipline and working knowledge of related areas.
• Understands industry best practices, competitive dynamics, and integration with other business functions.
• Serves as a resource to colleagues and may lead team operations.
• Solves complex problems and applies sound judgment based on multiple information sources.
• Communicates complex information clearly and builds alignment and consensus.

What we offer

• Salary range $180,500 – $248,000 per year.
