Lead Mac Developer

About the role

Reflow is building a workforce and workflow intelligence platform, and its macOS app is central to capturing data, delivering coaching, and powering insights. We are looking for a senior Mac developer to own the Mac app, drive technical excellence, and shape the foundation of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead macOS app development, architecture, performance, deployment, and long‑term scalability.
• Own the quality bar through profiling, debugging, and optimization for speed and stability.
• Ensure compatibility across managed environments, including MDM and restricted setups.
• Collaborate with backend and data teams to integrate APIs and improve system reliability.
• Guide and mentor team members, building engineering craft across the organization.

Required profile

• Expert in Swift and macOS app development with deep knowledge of Apple frameworks, security, and system design.
• Proven experience profiling, debugging, and performance optimization in varied Mac environments.
• Comfortable working in managed device contexts (MDM), understanding sandboxing, permissions, and deployment constraints.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on polish and consistency.
