Lead Knowledge Management Developer

About the role

This position supports the DISA GSM-O II Task Number 07 (TN07) Joint Force Headquarters DODIN, which provides network operations and cyber defense support to the Defense Information Systems Agency. The selected candidate translates operational requirements into technical solutions, ensures authorized mission partners have visibility and usability of operational capabilities, and builds scalable, fast and well-designed applications.

Key responsibilities

• Translate operational requirements into logical, integrated technical solutions and advise staff on holistic methodologies.
• Design and build scalable, fast, efficient applications with visually appealing UI/UX.
• Write functional, reusable front- and back-end code, including APIs and libraries.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software and applications.
• Write technical documentation and automate business processes, including SharePoint.
• Support changes across knowledge management, including unit testing, bug fixes and minor updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with 10+ years.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance and eligibility for a C/I polygraph.
• Experience at a Joint Command and/or Operations Center.
• Client interaction experience and strong communication skills under pressure.

Required skills

• Strong JavaScript and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js); server-side languages (Node.js, Python, PHP).
• Azure DevOps, Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework.
• Responsive design (Bootstrap) and version control (Git).
• Microsoft Office 365 suite and Microsoft Office.
• Additional technologies mentioned: SharePoint, SQL, XML, HTML, CSS, Tableau, ServiceNow, Jira, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, etc.

Pay range: $131,300 - $237,350.
