Lead Change Management Consultant – Google Workspace & Gemini Enterprise

About the role

Ontrac Solutions is looking for a senior Lead Change Management Consultant to drive large‑scale adoption of Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise for enterprise customers. This remote, contract position works directly with C‑suite leaders to design, deliver, and measure transformation programs.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate executive workshops and strategic conversations, guiding customers through vision, planning, and delivery of adoption programs.
• Lead enterprise‑wide technology transformations of 20,000+ users, including stakeholder engagement, success measurement, impact analysis, communication, enablement, and Champions networks.
• Design role‑based use cases for Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise, define rollout sequencing, and establish metrics for adoption and business value.
• Partner with sales to craft proposals, Statements of Work, and support demos, articulating the change management value proposition.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants, contributing to practice development and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of external consulting experience in a change management lead role.
• Proven success delivering large‑scale enterprise transformations with 20,000+ users.
• Demonstrated expertise leading change programs tied to technology implementations.
• Experience presenting to and influencing senior executives.

Required skills

• Subject‑matter expertise in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Chat).
• Subject‑matter expertise in Gemini Enterprise (or its predecessor Google Agentspace).
• Cloud Digital Leader certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months).
• Google Cloud Generative AI Leader certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months).
• PROSCI Change Management certification (highly valued).
