About the role
Castellucci Hospitality Group, a family‑owned Michelin‑starred and James Beard‑nominated restaurant group, is seeking a Lead Bartender who embodies excellence, genuine hospitality, and a passion for continuous growth. In this role you will ensure high‑quality drinks, smooth bar operations, and memorable guest experiences while supporting inventory, ordering, and new menu rollouts.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high‑quality beverages consistently.
- Maintain efficient bar operations during service.
- Deliver excellent guest experiences through attentive service.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and new menu rollouts.
Required profile
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, climb and work in confined spaces with high mobility.
- Stand and walk for extended periods during busy service without breaks.
- Capable of lifting or moving up to 50 pounds unassisted.
