About the role
The Lead Adult Groups Pastor provides visionary, team‑based leadership to mobilize Pinelake Church members into biblical community, aligning with the church’s purpose, vision, and core values.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead a team of small‑group directors, coaches, and leaders, fostering a culture of discipleship and multiplication.
- Recruit, train, and equip small‑group leaders, overseeing group events such as Essentials, Jesus‑Centered Life, and leadership huddles.
- Manage the Adult Groups ministry budget and share pastoral duties on the Reservoir Campus, including on‑call rotation, funeral assistance, and disaster relief.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree minimum with four to six years of related experience or training.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with diverse groups and build strong relationships.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Windows and macOS, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Basic bookkeeping, accounting, and budget monitoring abilities.
