Lead Adult Groups Pastor (Clinton Campus)

About the role

The Lead Adult Groups Pastor will provide visionary, team‑based leadership to mobilize Pinelake Church members into biblical community on the Clinton Campus. This full‑time role blends spiritual mentorship, discipleship pathway oversight, and pastoral duties.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop small‑group leaders and coaches, overseeing the Discipleship Pathway (Essentials, JCL, Be the Church) and recruiting new leaders.
• Manage the Adult Groups ministry budget, coordinate group events, and supervise the Connections Ministry Associate.
• Share pastoral responsibilities such as on‑call rotation, funeral assistance, and disaster relief.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with four to six years of related ministry or leadership experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with diverse volunteers and congregants.
• Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 25 lb and working in a moderate‑noise environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Competence in word processing, spreadsheets, and internet research.
• Basic accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting abilities.
