About the role
The boutique plaintiff litigation firm in Seattle seeks a strategic Law Firm Administrator to partner with senior leadership. This role drives operational efficiency, supports high‑stakes injury cases, and upholds the firm’s collaborative culture.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow across all functions.
- Collaborate with partners on strategic planning, budgeting, and operational initiatives.
- Lead recruiting, onboarding, and HR policy development for attorneys and staff.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and supervise IT and facilities services.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and data security standards.
- Maintain office infrastructure, technology systems, and logistics.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in law firm administration or legal operations.
- Strong understanding of law firm financials, HR processes, and practice management.
- Proven ability to partner with senior leadership in a strategic capacity.
- Experience managing vendors, contracts, and office infrastructure.

- Competitive salary $125,000–$150,000 DOE.
